Breasties was born from that “where do I even start?” overwhelm that hits when you’re trying to buy mastectomy or post‑surgery products and nothing feels right, modern, or you. After living through breast cancer and navigating drawers of bras that didn’t fit, dated shops, and endless research, we set out to build the supportive, stylish, evidence‑informed space we wished existed.
We work with all major mastectomy and post‑surgery suppliers across Australia to bring you a carefully curated (and ever‑growing) range. If we don’t have what you need, we’ll do our best to get it for you.

Meet Maria
Mum of two. Wife. Flat (by circumstance & choice). Fierce patient advocate.
Breasties grew out of a deeply personal pivot. I’d had breast implants for most of my adult life; they were just part of me but at 39 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer—no family history, just a small lump & gut feeling that something wasn’t right – and it wasn’t – enter Breast cancer, after surgery and treatment—and a very personal decision to stay flat. Overnight I went from “what cup size?” to “what’s my chest wall measurement, does this pocketed bra fit a prosthesis, and why do all these charts contradict each other?” I was overwhelmed by sizing grids, return parcels, and change rooms that felt clinical, dated, or just nothing like the bright, messy, still‑very‑alive life I was living as a mum, wife, and woman who refused to fade into beige.
So I built the space I couldn’t find: modern and un‑intimidating, warm and human, evidence‑informed and survivor‑led. A place where fit meets comfort, style meets function, and no question is too small (or too TMI). That vision became Breasties Hub.
Twice a year we host Breasties Retreats with our amazing friends at The Quiet Courage Foundation: restorative, connection‑filled weekends offered at little to no cost for breast cancer survivors. Because community heals in ways medicine can’t.
I love life, I love connecting women, and I believe knowledge is power—especially when it’s shared.
