We get it — sometimes it’s just not quite right. That’s why we offer a 30-day no-fuss return policy on most items.

Here’s the lowdown:

•  Changed your mind? No worries — send it back within 30 days for a refund.

• Everything we do follows Australian Consumer Law — you’re always covered.

• To keep things hygienic (and fair for everyone), items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition.

• We can’t accept returns on worn intimates, opened prosthetics, or items without hygiene stickers/tags — thanks for understanding!

• Placed an order? Woohoo! Just a heads-up: confirmation means we’ve received your request, but stock is only guaranteed once it’s packed and ready to ship.

•  Payments are taken before we dispatch your goodies.

• Parcel gone rogue? We’ll help where we can, but the delivery carrier is your go-to for tracking down missing packages.
